StepScroll has no accounts. There is nothing to sign in to, and nothing about you is stored under an email address or a password.
On your phone
Open Settings → Erase my data. It removes, from this phone:
the name and onboarding answers you gave,
your step, difficulty and rate settings,
the minutes you have earned and spent, and your history,
StepScroll's Screen Time permission, which also clears the apps you chose to lock,
any reminders StepScroll scheduled,
your Help improve counting answers (18 or older, on or off), including the copy kept in the phone's secure storage so a reinstall remembers them.
Deleting the app removes the same things, except that copy: it stays on the phone so a reinstall keeps your choice. Erase my data removes it too.
What is kept off your phone
Erasing on the phone cannot reach these, because there is no account to find them by:
RevenueCat, if you started a free trial or subscribed: your subscription record, with the first name and onboarding answers sent when you started.
PostHog: pseudonymous usage events.
Our invite-code service: your invite code and how many friends started a trial with it.
Anonymous limb points from camera workouts, if you are 18 or older and left Help improve counting on. They carry nothing that links them to you, so there is no way for anyone, us included, to find yours. They are deleted after 12 months. To stop sending more, turn off Settings → Help improve counting.
Email weallquitapps@gmail.com from any address and ask us to delete them. Tell us roughly when you installed StepScroll, and your invite code if you ever opened the invite screen, so we can find your records.
Your subscription is separate
Erasing your data does not cancel a subscription, and neither does deleting the app. Cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
